Whether you specialise in social work, mental health, cultural awareness, crisis response, or have a unique specialisation your expertise can help others build vital skills. A great way to leave your very own legacy!
Our Process
We have a very simple process to join our dynamic team of trainers and facilitators! Our working hours are flexible and remuneration is equivalent to your level of expertise and experience. If you already have extensive experience in training or facilitating, you will only need an induction to get started either in training and developing new courses.
For those new or looking to expand, we offer a Train The Trainer (TTT) program to develop your training profile and matrix. We provide ample opportunity to gain experience, to get you delivering high-quality training.

Complete the Expression of Interest Form
Attach your most recent resume and a training matrix (all the subjects you can train in or those you would like to deliver training in). It’s good to attach copies of your qualifications at this point.
We review your EOI, provide feedback if we need anything further and we go to a formal interview to ensure everyone’s needs are met and there is mutual suitability.
Depending on your circumstances you will either start on the TTT program or phase into delivering training directly.
