ICSA Training is a branch of ICSA, Australia’s leading NGO supporting South Asian communities. Drawing from years of frontline experience, we provide evidence-based training to professionals, supervisors, and managers working with diverse populations. Our programs enhance cross-cultural competency, improve service delivery, and support inclusive workplaces.

 

We deliver specialised training programs designed to equip professionals, teams, and organisations with the skills to work effectively with culturally diverse communities. Our courses are informed by extensive experience working directly with multicultural communities while gathering community intelligence for a real-world application.
